It isn't even a ban on users it's a ban on ACCOUNTS. this is what we used to do. the reason you think so many users had multis and sharing so it was allowed is because we BANNED their accounts until they stayed on just one. it wasn't allowed. we just didn't ban users for it. we banned the accounts.
all you have to do is ban multis and shared accounts until they stay on one account. we did it before you guys can do it too.
