also ‘natural immunity’ as a concept is untrue because eventually you can catch it again. and again and again. and if people keep catching it in large numbers, it can keep mutating.
the vaccine isn’t a perfect solution but it has no downside what so ever, and it does help reduce the chance of getting sick, which in turn helps prevent from making others sick. which can lower the amount of infections exponentially.
also your chance of being hospitalized is far less, so the people who do end up getting sick won’t have to be flooding the hospitals.
