So let's say there are only one or two infected. That would imply that Nyte is superspreader or was the target. My guess is Kyle infected her n0.
Then there might be one more infected from n1. This is likely, unless the killer and the infected both targeted Wingding.
My guess is Ayaya is the killer. Nyte is the super spreader.
So all we have to do is figure out the last infected.
