I didn't post it on /v/, it's just on New & Trending and featured in the Steam Puzzle fest that's currently ongoing.

Actually next steps for this game is to get benny to write a review with some weird faux poetic ivory tower vibe and get it posted to some online gaming mag

Do the shit that started gamergate. Get all your friends boosting the game and pretending to be impartial sources of "game review information"

If you're really poor and can't afford the game just send me your address and I'll mail you a physical copy.

Problem?

This guy is actually more professional than the devs at several bigger games I have played

I know you aren't big on this sort of thing but this must be a wonderful experience you are going through and I am happy for you

Your game will see short lived success and then it will die. The same with your real life.

I think the game is going places. Can I invest in the game studio

I had first dibs

It's not that enjoyable roleplaying all day and dealing with people who can't beat the basic bats and snakes, but it's definitely very funny.

I've mostly been playing DotA 2 all day though, not really doing that much work.

Are you going to fix this? Your first official steam review, should treat it with grave seriousness for superstitious reasons. You will need funds to buy a Steam Deck to test it

I don't want to support an indefinite service game - I am very happy with the game having a year or less of life.

It would feel very sleazy to try to keep something going as long as possible.

Will be fixed eventually.
I'm doing a challenge where I make the game work on Steam Deck without ever getting one.

Should get it to a good state where it can be a "cult classic" and enjoyed by people as-is whenever they want it but dont have to keep coming back and updating it.

I agree the model of continuous forever updates to a game is just sad. Make a good product and ship it, no need to drag it out unnecessarily
