i had wondered earlier if self targeting was even a possible mechanic and decided questioning the masters' plan would make me look too stupid, but on second thought, this might be a reason why it's potentially voidable. it ties up guns like the master plan was a scum plan to begin with.
In all honesty the wording in the OP says "another player" which implies that you can't self target but I, as the designer god of this game, decided to ignore that.
