One thing I forgot about this game is that people who play ranked matchmaking genuinely all hate their lives and each other
It's like they do not want to be playing at all, looking for any excuse to blow up and say the nastiest shit to each other, find some reason to give up on the game, etc
Dota's like a home for genuinely mentally ill people. I remember back when I played ranked my strategy would be to pick an enemy core player and try to kill him enough that he just tilts out and gives up at 15 min. Babysitting adult children simulator

imo carry is the hardest role atm, offlane easiest
once you get into minute 25-30+ any carry death is unbelievably punishing, death timers are so long at higher levels
