If you were scum idler would you invalidate your pr condition to vote on your partner unprompted, and if you were strategist would you block the vote kill if all the the vote pressure is on towns (matty flipped meditator)? My answer to both is no, so I'm struggling to come up with a pairing
If scum strategist doesn't post, they block the town vote, even if they don't want to.

If they don't want that, then they post, very easy solution. It matters just as much as everything else to consider
