i just dont get why we cant have standing signups and just have people unsign towards the end if they cant play then
its harder to get games without existing signers
every new game host is a signer reset
even if signers cant play later and will unsign or the host can't thats a bridge we can cross later
time to merge with mafia universe

i'm of the opinion we need low meme, and near vanilla setups to get ppl interested
basic roles like doctor/cop/vigilante and vanilla goons is simple and less frustrating

less memes or shitposting makes games easier to read and will make it more enjoyable for the average person
and i am probably the most guilty of shitposting and i am well aware
if you think we're gonna average more than 9 signs in a mafia game rn you're delusional man but there's plenty of cool setups that can work with that. can't really run near mountainous setups when your player base is 6-10 mafia will just roll.
most of my games are incredibly basic semi closed setups with 0-1 investigative roles and 0-1 protection roles. doesn't stop you from getting killed day 1 as jailkeeper though
idk i dont think i have the best suggestions. just thinkin outloud
