Yeah it resets, but most of the time anther shot is fired soon after.

In the late game, hip-firing isn't bad. In the early game it usually results in another dead town.
But it can be helpful to town for a useless player to just fire at an alpha player just to give him the gun.
Unironically won't be able to if it lasts 2 days. I work 10-midnight Friday, sat
idk my experience is limited but people always hipfire early and fuck up, making it harder to confidently hipfire later
considering this game doesnt need to fit mafiabot standards it could also be hosted by more than one person, but that is probably messy
