i literally had a muslim girl serving me IN THE DELI mind you, who did not speak a word of english. she was clearly guessing everything I said and she kept doing the wrong thing - putting more when I asked for less, etc.
then at the end when I asked "can you heat this up for me" she just ran into the back without saying a word and reappeared with a manager. she never spoke a word to me.
what the fucking fuck is that? ZERO english. in the deli.
and of course if I complained I would be some type of racist bad guy. insane.

the entire point of that job is to give people how much stuff they want. I asked for 200 grams of something and she gave me half that. then I asked for more and she took stuff out of the container so I gave up. Then I asked her to warm it up and she had no clue what the fuck I was saying, and went to get help. She clearly didn't understand a single thing I said. It's not fair to the second person who is literally at that point doing both her own job and somebody elses, it doesn't make any sense. Do you just think about jobs as a way to give people money and nothing else? Is that persons ability to do said job just a completely irrelevant after thought to you? What the fuck dude.
Why would you EVER hire this person for that job? They literally cannot do it. They are not doing the job. They are just standing around screwing everything up and asking other employees to do it for them. That is not even a job at that point. Just give them the fucking money at that point if that's what you want to do.
