Not back when it came out. The knock back was so insane they’d never be able to aim at you. I think they made the knock back proportional to pellets that hit at some point, but originally the knock back was the same amount even if it was only 1 pellet lmao
I never used it cause it removed the second jump. Fucking lame shit
BTW just wanted to say that I really liked the names of most of the weapons. Dead ringer, Force A Nature, the Original, the sandma, etc. Dunno why I felt like mentioning rhat

They had good flavor, originally. They all fit the overall aesthetic/theme of the game. They definitely ruined that later with hats, and, to some extent, weapons.

It got a damage buff after release
At one point knockback was fixed
There is no log of any damage, reload, spread nerf
