im not sure this is just a discussion on if you’d be willing to work in a support role at a place thats completely run by women that may or may not use their superior position against you

i guess for the sake of discussion the benefits would be Pretty Good but you are guaranteed atleast one bad apple employee that the other women are too afraid to confront about how she treats you

her machine fucks up in weird ways and you wonder if shes doing it just to mess with you and she likes to make fun of you when youre around
