The players in that division can command up to 3k$usd per month. With a place in Montreal for the team to train you can grab same level players for far less then 3k$usd. Ingenious really, thats the next goal. After the team house place is set up. Then asking sponsor for some real dota $ would be legitimate and not a complete blind dice roll.
Right now there is a reason why sammyboy and co + bsj stacks have no sponsors as of yet. Simply not worth it.

I said if they had 150kusd burning a hole in their pocket for 2019 I could pick up the sammyboy stack. But then remarked they’re a bunch of degenerates and and I would not recommend it.

They really are. The way people switch teams this that that this in NA is so stupid. There is NO ONE ELSE DOING WHAT I AM DOING IN edit (NA)* DOTA. THERE IS NOT SUCH THING AS TIER 2. Why? Because there is no $ to make if you go down the traditional rout with sponsorship.
PPD needed to make the NA dota Charity league because of the degeneracy.

New tourney coming out we'll be participating in. 1 of our guys has to sit out because he's too high level. Prize pool is pretty good atm too people can donate. We should take it no problem
