The only thing that actually griefs the mafia subforum here is waiting 1 week to start a game after a bunch of people signed to play a game while in the meantime the interest you had drummed up for mafia fizzles out

Panic room has a mechanic that incentivizes towntelling - that is great
It has some interesting social dynamics - bomb, game becoming nightless
Whether it is actually good comes down to how it plays out. I think what we have here is a promising start
Add Jones, run Panic Room with 1 extra town, assume this is balanced because with a game this big at least 1 town will probably grief, maybe Kyle drops because it's not "vanilla" whatever. Start game no more talking
