I didn't spend a lot of time reading different arguments but my professor showed an experiment that demonstrated a Russian speakers' higher speed in discerning blue vs light blue. I'd entertain a weak linguistic relativity if there are more experiments like that out there, and it seems like there are.

With embeddings you translate some "token" (could be characters, a word, whatever) down to a vector space, which then your ML algo works on. With the ChatGPT, etc. types, they've found that Chinese v English has pretty stark advantages/disadvantages when it comes to different tasks so it's pretty much even stronger than the weak sapir whorf already.
