I think i have unironic nerve damage in this leg or poor blood flow. Its been in aching pain for about a year now

I've dealt with various apparent neuropathic pains for awhile but in the end none of them seem particularly life threatening. I'm sorry to hear that though, I hope it resolves at some point.
