With 2 votes each on a handful of targets, we effectively have a better gamesolve than the one nma originally suggested:
- It's obvious if people are reducing/saving votepower
- It's hard for mafia to save up votepower, due to 1
- It's hard for mafia to use votepower & hard for them to save one of their own, if they have to, because this is also obvious
- It's hard for them to know if they need to save one of their own because of the unclear votepower situation - they don't know if it's 2 people with 1.0 power or less
- In short, it's very hard for mafia to make decisions in general. When the vote count is 2 on any given person but not 3 on anyone.
Basically do not put 3 votes on someone. It is bad. (makes the sketchy situation with 2 votes on variety of people irrelevant - makes it hard to read who used what votepower, because at 3 or 4 it really could be any combination of things). Do not put 1 vote on someone - best case this reveals what votepower you used, which is not actually a good thing for town because maf wants to eliminate your votepower. And your vote is basically irrelevant there
If you are going to vote u need to have exactly 1 other person willing to vote your target, then anti-grief if someone tries to stack up to 3 or reduce down to 1.
