I already replaced the attic ladder a year ago. Not sure why that’s on there. Right now I’m trying to fix the fence gate. The bottom brackets on both sides disintegrated from rust

I’m gonna try to patch up the posts that are there with new braces. I should be able to get it done tomorrow. If I have to put new posts in I'll probably end up pouring a bunch of concrete and maybe making a new gate so that I don’t have to do this again in 10 years. This is what I'm working with
The biggest thing is gonna be replacing the master bathroom shower though

oh when you said brackets you meant the braces? i thought you just meant like the hardware needed replacement

Replacing them would probably be the smart thing to do, but I also don’t really know why there’s a double gate to get a car into the backyard. There’s already a single gate on the other side of the house. I might just turn it into a fence if it comes to that

NOBODY has the water pressure for a waterfall showerhead. I've seen too many fall prey to the delusion that the same pitfalls everybody else falls into won't apply to them on this.
