i suffer from sleep paralysis. I have dreams so vivid that sometimes i wake up thinking whatever happened in the dream happened.
Other times i’m stuck in sleep paralysis and my mind gets filled with delusions as i struggle to wake up. I remember last episode i felt the nanobots tear up my insides, obviously not real nanobots but sleep paralysis be like that
That happens to me sometimes. Sometimes several months later. I have a vivid memory, and then I realize that it was just a dream.
No one really cares about me so no I haven’t.
