It's interesting that you get uncomfortable with people actually knowing details like your ethnicity or something which I think is the kind of information that doesn't mean anything, but I also get the feeling about not wanting to share any personal info because people use it against you as well, like I used to share info about my travels and work but I got the creeps from some people who never responded to my posts but later brought them up as like a personal attack or threat to try to dox me with my job/career but if it's accurate lore that you're a white dude or Indian dude, I need to know that information for my AI slop to have a more meaningful impact.
