Always has been ever since they stopped hosting proper race seasons in 2016 as far as I'm concerned but thats just my opinion
it definitely approaches something similar to the typerwiter monkeys producing shakespeare. for the most part, for most of those (inexperienced) monkeys, producing something a stats or applied math underground can do is doable. But it'd takes a lot more time for most of them.
and for some of the slightly better ones, the chances of them replicating what you or whoever made to be as accurate and less spaghetti than what was made...is pretty low. atleast not without a lot of cheating or whatever

Wasd movement horseshit 2 flasks gem system is essentially world of warcraft level interface. 600 boss fights because those probably seem sick as fuck to stoned xbox players
Its a deeply unserious game
No movement skills means your character perma feels like its in diablo 4
Wasd moving animations are cancer
Cant design bosses to require pristine movement because you cant have pristine movement on wasd
Just dodge roll out of the recycled frontal slam for the 300th boss in the campaign xd
