States Rights is also a super cultish answer. As if the idea itself stands on its own merit and doesnt need to be argued any further.

theres a reason federal laws exist, not everything should be left up to the states

And UN law should supersede federal law on certain occasions. We both believe in New World Order Globalist Government.

bro you believe the election in 2020 was rigged, and you think the armed insurrection to overthrow the govt was no big deal.

you do have insane views, it’s just normal to you.

you’re not some aw shucks wholesome goober

Sorry wrong account

CNN.com

just defend the actual decision of them overturning roe, because as you said its a legal issue not a moral one

so why is it good this happened?

Because having logical consistency in a legal system is a good thing? LMAO

you’ll spend 30 mins writing multiple high effort posts but wont answer the most simple question i asked

Wrong account again sorry

and what logical consistency was achieved? in what way was this damaging your legal system berorehand

CONSERVATIVE posters on NAMAFIA dot COM can't answer this One Simple Question!

he just gave a reason actually its just you who acts all skittish about their beliefs

Uhhh.. I don't know.. The 14th Ammendment, which was written to give BLACK PEOPLE the same rights as WHITE PEOPLE in America, was being interpreted under the lens of "PRIVACY" to offer up unrestricted abortion rights?

For someone who is DENIGRATING the Constitution so much you sure have an attachment to this change from 1868.

bruh

this is what I mean by bad faith bullshit legal loophole

the people pushing for this change were absolutely doing it because they wanted to strip abortion rights, not strengthen the 14th

that is utterly ridiculous

  1. Roe v. Wade violated the separation of responsibilities that is the founding principle of the US government

  2. It allowed the current "liberal" party (in name only) to masquerade as progressive without actually doing anything progressive or putting their necks on the line

  3. It was built on a shaky legal foundation which was needed to come down in order to be replaced.

With Roe v Wade gone, the way is cleared for any of these 3 to be addressed by an actual progressive political movement. A candidate willing to stand on progressive issues now has a major platform item that, according to you, is supported by at least 50% of the US voters. Overturning it clears the way for abortion to be protected legally (the proper way), actual progressive political movements to form, and women's rights to actually be protected. And it tosses the question back to the American people of what those protections should be and who they want representing them in outlining and enforcing those protections.

Wondering if you could actually get ChatGPT to defend Roe v Wade being overturned.

a bunch of conservatives acting like roe was destroying the legal system and gaslighting everybody like they can’t wait to do this again

after it passed they released a deranged doccument defending the decision and specifically naming gay marriage as their next target

its 100% about taking rights away from undesirables

No, the legal system is destroyed by DEI hires.
