He is 1000% serious and just wants to make mafia better and more active, he is strongly against cheating in the teamspeak and has literally never participated in mafia account sharing. He only gave away his last account to help with Jones' ban and it was not during mafia, and made a new one since.
Stop trying to read between the lines and just trust that we're all on the same boat here. Nobody wants to maliciously abuse you with micro-griefing mafia tactics or super-secret account sharing.
