If you are too much of a coward to enforce the rules as a game host, it's not my responsibility to let it slide in my games. I have always. Always. Zeused angleshooters - @BIGMATTHEW was zeused in a recent game by me and he can attest to that.

I appreciate that you're trying to set a high standard for hosts here.
Most hosts I think are more focused on trying to run good games/perform a service for the community so they are going to avoid things like outing the 1 remaining scum in lylo or prematurely ending the game instead of waiting 4 hours for it to end if there's something you want to cal lout
In fact most of the time hosts left you or jones in a game after you blatantly cheated it was because they figured the game would be more fun if they let it play out (or would be griefed if they acted properly and removed you). It's not a matter of a lack of backbone, it's about the motivation behind posting. Refer back to my post about Hosts as Christ
I still don't see how that was so egregious to call out and Zeus esp since he was responding to you directly posting in the topic VS pming him... Also not calling out all the other cases of 'angelshooting' if we're going off that thin ass excuse of a violation

Why didn't you zeus or warn ironstove for his invalid ability usage at the start of day 2?
He edited out the post where he was calling someone out for invalid ability usage in that one
The rules were revised in the rerun of the game to allow people to discuss more freely.
Actually it's funny he linked that other game (also Tango apparently) because the post he links to is also him ending the game on a technicality where he zeuses the last remaining scum

Anyway I don't want to turn this into a big discussion of hosting -
I think this was generally a solid game all around (especially by town) and tried really hard to make it that so I hope everyone had fun. GGs to the town, I will let div say he's voting me and then say GGs
I'll also share some commentary on where people made mistakes fmpov but will wait first for my headcanon game end
The other one was on a technicality. This one was on a troll. What I said was well within the bounds of things that are commonly said & considered acceptable on this website. I hope the hosts zeus you every game for your nonsense after all this

It's actually pretty funny that you turned the one game that was likely going to have a pleasant postgame into another toxic hosting discussion. I guess I don't know what's been going on in the GY but I was under the impression nobody was really upset about anything this game. Maybe KKat has grounds to be upset but he's not generally a guy that complains about stuff
This is why he's the forum mod and you're not. He recognizes and respects competence and hard work, while you try (and fail) to poison every well you find.
Now that I think of it, maybe surprising us with the EOD after announcing it would be on Thursday was also a joke to troll me & dan

Maybe dan and I were the targets of the troll the whole time. Placed together in the scum chat and guaranteed to lose
We had an extended discussion with NMA that extending the day 1 by double its length could change the outcome of the game - could make things turn out bad for mafia. We'd offered to set thread timers or something so he could end the day at his intended time and then process the results when he had a chance (NMA did not accept, leading us to believe the day was running until Thursday, as he'd announced in the thread)
In the end, that whole thing seemed to be a lie - he hosted through the time and surprised everybody with an EOD nobody expected. The game's been the most active on the days he said he couldn't be here. We haven't even reached Thursday yet
I don't know what you're talking about. I never extended the day or had such a discussion with anyone.
