I just cannot comprehend how you can make a statement like “you can’t be racist to white people” without mental gymnastics.
Like the logic here seems clear, you hate someone because of their race and you are racist regardless of the race of the hater/hated.
How exactly is that incorrect in any sense? If you redefine what racism is and decide it can only apply to oppressed minority groups I suppose it is correct but speaking to the widely accepted definition of racism it is incorrect. It is only in fringe minority group echo chambers that your definition becomes correct and the weird part is that you believe that the majority of people are in fact incorrect for having a different definition of racism than you do. What irks me is that you feel you are righteous and deserving of praise for these beliefs and that white people in society should voluntarily handicap themselves of access to education/economic benefits and provide benefits to those of a minority race not due to anything other than their race and that alone.
I know you haven’t explicitly said that last part but that is pretty much the crux of what I see in fringe leftist groups. You can correct me if I’m wrong though I’d be happy to update my understanding of this theory even if I don’t agree with it.
