Nah. For delivery driving, you deserve a tip if you’re making minimum to cover gas, depreciation, etc

My base wage (minimum wage) + tips (more than minimum wage) is around $20.00 an hour.
I would make more money per hour if I worked fewer hours. There are around 4 good hours per day, I work from 11 (there are hardly deliveries until 4) to 10 pm (there are very few after 7). If I instead worked only rush shifts I would make significantly more per hour.

Yeah, so you get to work the prime hours any day you want. When I worked delivery, those hours we’re rotated each weekend between the drivers so that everyone could make decent money
Everyone works prime hours every day. There are four people scheduled for just prime rush every single day

Four in addition to everyone else who is already here. We have 15 drivers
We had 12 working on Thursday/Friday/Saturday from 6pm to 4am

Everyone is here during prime on Friday Saturday Sunday
Yeah but where do you live…? four scheduled for a small shift on top of regular scheduling seems like good business.
