This is the second error in judgment afaic. Considering it a “win” to elim a VT is overconfidence or scummy.

There’s a reason this setup has a 60% town win rate with no investigative PRs. Even in lylo, after two mislynches, you need to convince town to vote one of two specific town.
I get where you’re coming from though.
If you can construct a narrative like, “vote ian because he came in top on the poll it might be easier”.
