I margin trade bitcoin derivatives for a living (I was net profitable in the -%80 bitcoin massacre last year by shorting and scalp-longing), and I’m eager to bet some lunch money that Valve isn’t going to let this game die. The sentiment on this subreddit seems to be peak panic and I really can’t imagine much more likely downside. It would be hard for this game to fail any harder; all Valve needs to do is say anything positive literally anything at all to rekindle the hype.
This game fucking rules and I’m putting my money where my mouth is. When there’s a massive update, and if I can get in before the pump, I’ll buy yet another fullset.
