SEA exploitation DotA

I do it's fucking sad

The person you are talking to seems like a kid with no money, you should treat him as kind as you can

Considering he is like a kid basically

But also know he's trying to get whatever money he can out of you

So instead of talking so much you should just say: If you do XYZ, I will pay you X

If you get 5 and play a tournament under my org name, I will pay X on completion. Something like this. And then build relationship from ther

Pretty sure it's gonna be same shit as in SA. I pay them they play one quali and fail miserably then give excuses oh it's hard to build team

Also the guy is between 21-28 not a kid. Just ■■■■■■

sent him $. Protected myself by making it so i can get a refund. Guy loses his shit that its a 20 day hold. Fuck these guys man. Got my refund.

okay came to a understanding. I pay them upfront and i get 70% of prize pool. Rolling the dice.

Bro you are getting scammed lmao

You took on all the risk up front and reduced their incentive

Basically the opposite of a well-designed management strategy

bruh its like 90 canadian worth the dice roll. I was getting 0% earlier if i get fucked i lose 90$. Thats my career in SEA

he offered 70% btw i said 20%

He offered 70% because he doesn't care about that future money, he just wants to farm money from you now. This is like the most blatant scam I have ever seen

Why are you so proud of getting scammed by children?

A bit more then I spend on hookers every month I hope you western gays get a good laugh

As someone who worked with a lot of offshore people, there are good workers off shore but if you're pursuing lowest cost VS quality you will get what you pay for and I question what is even the point of trying if it's almost certainly going to fail based on the initial setup.
