Here's what i was thinking during signals about how to change the game

Day 1: select tribes of 3 (same)
Day 2: vote out 1 tribe (same)
Day 3: vote in night chat to kick 1 player out of your tribe. Booted players form a new team (3 teams of 2 now)
Proceed as normal (vote out a tribe)

And the problem it is meant to solve is that there wasn't really that much effort to towntell/scumhunt internally within the teams
