maybe i was in the shitty mindset of voting for the 'info lynch' instead of scum hunting but as culturedurbanite stated there is no way to actually force action in this game mode, unending day ad nauseam is pointless as anyone can towntell if your words don't ever actually end up meaning anything
maybe i expedited day 2 too much. regardless someone will have to vote their own tribe if we ever want the game to conclude
im confident my town corner Jbros will come in with some really high quality posts today to get the game back on track
Seems unlikely
We just need you to lynch the SIGKILL and make sure your team lights the signal. There's really no need to discuss with Matticus
lots of thoughts. will post after I get home (3-4 hrs)
Of note, this is the best LYLO you get, because I am the most town cleared poster in the game and it goes from a 33% to me being kingmaker at 50%.
WIFOM
If you vote for my tribe, you have to effectively believe one of the following:
- There are 2 scum on my team (matticus and bigbenny).
- There is 1 scum on my team, with likelihood of there being scum on rejects/and no scum on degens.
Anything else is WIFOM: mafia trolling, girefing, whatever.
Moreover, you have to be confident enough to sacrifice me as the most confirmed town in a potential LYLO.
I am also the only poster to provide full transparency of my tribe chat, which I have no idea why no one else will do!
TEAM HAS 2-0, SIGKILL VOTE ON DEGENS, REJECTS NO VOTE ON DEGENS.
SIGKILL
REJECTS
DEGENS
1-1 SIGKILL VOTE ON DEGENS, REJECTS NO VOTE ON DEGENS
1 SIGKILL, 1 DEGENS
1 SIGKILL, 1 REJECTS
1 DEGENS, 1 REJECTS
One team was formed, but we'll just say it was hypothetically random:
>>> sum = 0
>>> sum
0
>>> count = ['M' if < 2 else 'T' for i in range(9)]
File "<stdin>", line 1
count = ['M' if < 2 else 'T' for i in range(9)]
^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax
>>> count = ['M' if i < 2 else 'T' for i in range(9)]
>>> count
['M', 'M', 'T', 'T', 'T', 'T', 'T', 'T', 'T']
>>> len(count)
9
>>> sum = 0
>>> iter = 10000
>>> for _ in range(iter)
File "<stdin>", line 1
for _ in range(iter)
^
SyntaxError: expected ':'
>>> for _ in range(iter):
... random.shuffle(count)
... if count[0:3].count('M') == 2:
... sum += 1
... elif count[3:6].count('M') == 2:
... sum += 1
... elif count[6:9].count('M') == 2:
... sum += 1
...
>>> sum
2497
>>> sum / iter
0.2497
it's statistically unlikely for there to be 2 mafia on the same team.
So both SIGKILL and DEGENS contain 1 statistically likely result, and 1 statistically unlikely result.
REJECTS contains 2 statistically likely results.
