In order to win the game you have to clear All town players basically
The only situation where mafia outnumbers town are 0 town remaining in game and 1 mafia - or 1 town remaining and 2 mafia
But actually since we know dan is mafia we could theoretically immediately exit all players and leave him as the last one alive
This doesnt even work though because it's an even number of players so it comes down to 1 and 1. The setup is broken
So best approach is nobody should exit at all and wait for dan to get bored (he will - very weak willpowered admin)
Dan has NOT been reading his Zen books - I can tell from how he posts.
