No they're not. If you can operate a computer or write hello world you can host a mafia game with 1 step of complexity higher than plain jane.

If the Fuschia Rose successfully kills the Radiant Orchid, then they win, otherwise the Radiant Orchid and 2015 Marsala win. The Fuschia Rose doesn't need to survive to win.
