even if the mail-ins skew D I don't think it would produce any appreciable effect on the outcomes. You're talking less than ~50k votes left uncounted in the entire election, and they are probably split 55-45
whats more obvious is that we're going to see less and less equitable access to voting and more and more disenfranchisement and disenchantment in the process itself, especially in metro areas who felt their vote not matter in 2016
