its actually funny being on a google meet call with these guys and all of a sudden 2 of them disconnect and we have to wait 5 minutes for their personal generators to turn on so they can join back into the meeting

actually one of them has some portable power bank thing thats like the size of a room air purifier that will keep the power going to his PC consistently even if the grid goes out so he doesn't have any downtime as long as the power comes back on within like 2-3 hours
