If you were half as smart as you think you are, you'd realize the post is a reference to English-Irish relations; specifically a reference to the English utilizing the slur "n*gger" in regards to the Irish. The post is humorous in that current cultural millieu posits the question "is Kamala black?" and by this link it seems to be answered in the affirmative, but not by her connection to ADOS slaves (who are attributed the slur) -- but as a connection to her Irish ancestry. This contradicts what someone is to expect, but satisfies the question in a humorous way.
