He makes a good point on how you're not allowed to use some words but can use other euphemisms that mean the exact same thing because it's so obvious. Barnyyy mentioned this too.
It's exactly why the word "retard" is still allowed on Twitch, because it's instantly replaced by something just as offensive if it's banned. Like "pepega" and other stupid euphemisms.
