When Trump is president (or some other republican) there is a chance Biden would be prosecuted. But most likely it will never happen because 1) Biden will be dead in 2 years and then nobody will care, and 2) They all are doing the same or trying (getting whatever easy money for themselves and their family they can) and don't want to establish a precedent that they can be prosecuted for it
