Many things in science are less provable than you would want to believe. That's just the nature of facts and observation. The support for the claims are often cogent, not sound.

At some point it is a bit of a faith, though the foundation is one that is testable and repeatable... i assume we are alluding in part to like quantum positioning of electrons etc.
