They don't even realize that the premier, educated libtard argument circa 2020 is that blacks do commit more violent crime, but that sentences should come down specifically to match some probability of recidivism, that is you put every black murderer in jail until they hit 30~ because by then their testosterone drops and they're much less likely to re-offend.
