You basically prompt the AI to say some really heinous shit and then act all surprised pikachu when it does exactly what you prompted it to do, because my own testing on grok does not align with what these people are showing even remotely but I have fucked with AI to create personas via prompting and it is very easy to get AI to say crazy shit when you literally prompt it to role play and say crazy shit.
This is only crazy to me if the AI is going off the rails from a brand new chat but just based on the tonality of the response being shown, it does look like the AI was prompted/trained to get to that point to answer the question, like you ask the AI this type of stuff point blank and it gives you a boring vanilla response or a non-answer of 'Sorry I can't answer that' type of bullshit, not this honeypot of controversy that people keep posting.
