But it seems pretty doable to fully AI your diagnostics. I heard MGH was dealing with a situation where ML was identifying missed tumors in old scans and stuff like that. That was a couple years ago and I think they decided to bury it to not get sued (again - fully making this shit up, I don't actually know what was going on, just what they were talking about at the time and what they were worried about)
