I realized just now the reason this guy's so defensive about this is that "bunch of morons sitting around a table podcast" has basically been his life for the past 10 years.
Just hanging out with the same group of teamspeak dudes talking about nothing. Nobody has any life experience or expertise in anything. It's literally the same model as red scare: "Did you see that shit somebody said on the internet" "No I didn't see that. Thats crazy"
