Most bullshit you can do on a public bus is elevated to a felony it's pretty rare to actually see anything interesting
I'll make note of where the masses settle when tiktok scrolling is off the books, the most common activity i observed
- At current valuations, Trump could give $100 of locked up TRUMP to all 77M Trump voters via airdrop and it would “only” cost him $7.7B in an asset that was worth zero two days ago. Heck, he could give $500 per person and still have $20B+ left over.
Yeah
The President elect is orchestrating a scam memecoin operation on the eve of his coronation and Alightsoul is posting boomer slop.
Memecoin != rugpull get over yourselves
You guys live in 2017
We gotta go back to 2017
My printer has broken and leaked $40 of ink internally
Its really funny to see all the people blown away that trump did this despite a failed barron launch and multiple nft collections, as well as nonstop rumors that trump will launch a memecoin
This is unironically the best and most advantageous way they could have launched for retail too
How so?
80% of VC supply locked for 3 months. 10% in liquidity, which they have managed exceptionally well. They provided initial supply to exchanges for market making purposes. They teamed up with moonshot (the most retail friendly and popular app) that launched it at $0.4 cents (now at $75)
Everyone with a pulse if they were paying attention could have easily got in sub $1. It was available to everyone
In 3 months it is a scam, it will crash before then and the VCs/insiders will have 80% of the supply of a coin worth less than now. More retailers will make money on this than those with the locked supply
This is unironically probably the best example of a well done launch i can remember in recent history. Not sure who is running this for them
Moonpay onboarded 400k new crypto users in a 24 hour period from the gettrumpmeme website or something. Beat their onramp daily record by several orders of magnitude.
No downtime for sol (this blockchain would have been useless during this a year ago)
All deposits handled in sub 2 minutes, you can pay with a credit card (only 0.4% fees or something)
Actually an insane launch
A lot of the times, when exchanges list a new coin they launch with futures first. This allows those with large spot bags to short and sell their coins at the same time to double up (or more with leverage) profits, and then sometime later the exchange (may or may not) launch actual spot buying/selling
Instead, initial supply was given to exchanges and within 12 hours of launch they had spot buying/selling almost immediately on nearly every exchange
I'm all in.
