Pretty funny that it just dipped to wipe this one guy out

You need to diversify into $MELANIA too, but just for the short term.

The most important thing to do in 2025 is to get all all of your money into cryptocurrency as fast as possible

Why does he have a bunch of gay guys on stage dancing the night before his inauguration?

Are they going to whip off their pants next and show off their nice juicy cocks? Might as well, with how they are acting.

Are these even legal pardons

Whenever I see preemptive pardoning like this (exclusively from the Biden admin I might add - the worse is his son, just a blanket pardon for everything he did in specific years without mentioning what that might've been) I assume it's legal fiction

My assumption was you need to be convicted of something to be pardoned of it

Not just blanket given a free pass to not be tried for any crimes

The pardons, announced with just hours left in Biden’s presidency, have been the subject of heated debate for months at the highest levels of the White House. It’s customary for a president to grant clemency at the end of his term, but those acts of mercy are usually offered to Americans who have been convicted of crimes.

Biden, a Democrat, has used the power in the broadest and most untested way possible: to pardon those who have not even been investigated. His decision lays the groundwork for an even more expansive use of pardons by Trump, a Republican, and future presidents.

“The issuance of these pardons should not be mistaken as an acknowledgment that any individual engaged in any wrongdoing, nor should acceptance be misconstrued as an admission of guilt for any offense,” Biden said in a statement. “Our nation owes these public servants a debt of gratitude for their tireless commitment to our country.”

This quote is explicitly contradicted by existing precedent from the Supreme Court

It's remarkable how everyone complains about Trump's potential Threat To Democracy - meanwhile Democrats repeatedly overstep the bounds of their authority and legal precedent

Regardless of whether you think this is good in this one specific case, you need to consider that essentially the law is being broken and rewritten here and that new law is not a good one

Not to mention the ridiculous levels of corruption involved in giving such a broad blanket pardon to your own son

Booed at the TV when Vivek came on.
