undergrads - annoying
asians from the asian colleges
old money cambridge families and retirees who argue about zoning laws and keeping the neighborhoods quiet and put up little book libraries in their front yards
new communities of brazilians and other latins in east cambridge where everything's more packed in
and a wide variety of adult students and young professionals (usually poorer ones, not the yuppies in seaport whose dads are paying for their cut&paste condos) with very full and different lives
And that's not even getting into Somerville where you get people who ride bikes to work and do rock climbing or something
