And the reason it has consumed, btw, is that corporations can't get behind labor law/workers rights but they can get behind DEI. Amazon internal docs actually show they promote DEI because it undermines unions - a more diverse workforce statistically doesn't unionize. So DEI is the distraction from class politics and it allows corporate sponsors to get behind DNC, so DNC went full DEI for the money
