I understand you don't care. Regardless of whether he is/isn't/was gang affiliated is not the issue. He committed no crime since getting his protected legal status, faced no charges, there was no trial and it was admitted by the white house to be an "administrative error" to be sent there at all. Then for some reason the president of el salvador said he was a terrorist, and he can't release him and trump echoed that and acted like his hands are tied.
It is literally like someone making a mistake, then telling you how actually it wasn't a mistake after the fact. Since they don't make mistakes, only weird part is no matter what that mistake is a bunch of people will be willing to also defend it. Like what kind of precident does this set going forward?
