There's some good irony as well in asserting yourself as administrator to do nothing but desperately try and increase site KPI's, by any means necessary, except the obvious method which would be to engage with the community without taking off that detached and depressed persona.
Every single person here can see you dodging and squirming the question. Every single person. The average age of the site is 30+, there isn't a single person who is reading your messages and think you have acquired some win. You are being asked for the simplest bit of work: just pointing to the post that got a user banned, on a website that is at risk now to being killed forever if one more active user is deleted. You can't do that. This same sense of failure is prevalent in your professional and social life. Shit isn't going well for you at home, I get that. But if you're going to try and involve yourself, then involve yourself. Why bother with all this detached passive bullshit?
