If crypto has a sustained rally here, which it very well might due to btc strength, its fairly high probability that alts see a big impulse. Like i said in an earlier posts, alts looked like a very good buy.

IF btc holds in spite of equities/continues outperforming here, jeeting will be punished.
I would probably assign like a 25-35% probability of that thesis actually playing out
The end of qt draws inevitably closer with each day. Every time qt has come to a close, alts have seen an oscillation to the upper bound of their valuation vs btc.
With that being said, i dont think traditional markets are going to look this strong once we get q2/q3 data later this year, and i dont know if alts can do anything in that environment. Its hard not to be bullish on btc however, with m2 expanding and the hedge against monetary debasement and the potential weakness/collapse of the bond market

Housing is crashing. All the condo investors are getting burned. A lot of the new builds people purchased are worth less then what they paid for.
But like actual houses detached are staying pretty much the same.
